Conflict checking that actually catches entity connections.
Spreadsheets don't know that “Acme Corp” and “Acme Corporation Holdings LLC” are the same company. ConflictsCheck does — and it produces the bar-audit trail to prove you checked.

Every open alert, party, and check across your firm — at a glance.
From CSV import to bar-audit export in 4 steps. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Upload your existing matter/client spreadsheet as CSV. ConflictsCheck parses and normalizes it in minutes.
Fuzzy name matching and officer/agent cross-referencing build your firm's relationship graph from your own case history.
Enter a new client or opposing party. Conflicts surface instantly with confidence scores and the connection found.
Mark each alert as Clear, Flagged, or Declined. Every decision is timestamped and exportable for bar audit.
PM tool conflicts features do name-string matching only. A missing comma, a different corporate suffix, or a DBA name defeats them. ConflictsCheck goes further:

Scored alerts with the exact connection found — and a decision on every one.
PM tools don't optimize for “show me you checked.” ConflictsCheck's audit log records exactly what was checked, against what database state, at what timestamp, and what the attorney decided — in the format state bars expect.
$29/month versus $50K–$500K malpractice exposure. This is not a price competition — it's risk reduction.

No fake reviews, no invented stats — just how the product actually works.
Entity resolution works against the parties and matters your firm actually records — not scraped web data or guesses. Your data, your graph.
Fuzzy name matching and officer/agent cross-referencing surface links a spreadsheet name-search would miss, like "Acme Corp" and "Acme Corporation Holdings LLC."
Every check is timestamped with the parties checked, the database state, and the attorney's decision — exportable as CSV in the format state bars expect.
ConflictsCheck screens and flags; it never clears a conflict for you. The accountable professional judgment — and the decision — stays with the attorney.
Billing runs entirely through Stripe's infrastructure. We never store your full card details.
Your party, matter, and client data is used only to power your conflict checks and audit trail. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to advertise.
Straight answers about how ConflictsCheck screens for conflicts of interest.
It records your firm's parties and matters and runs entity-resolution searches to surface potential conflicts of interest — then keeps a timestamped, exportable audit trail of every check and the decision you made. It's a screening and tracking tool: it flags potential conflicts for your review, you decide.
Solo attorneys and small law firms that need real conflict checking without the price or complexity of enterprise systems. It's built for firms that have outgrown spreadsheets-and-memory but don't want a $300-per-seat conflicts platform bundled into practice-management software.
Most practice-management tools do name-string matching only — a different corporate suffix, a missing comma, or a DBA defeats them. ConflictsCheck adds fuzzy name matching, officer/agent cross-referencing, and cross-matter history search, and it's built around producing a bar-audit-grade trail that proves you checked.
It's matching records that refer to the same real-world person or company even when they're written differently. "Acme Corp," "Acme Corporation Holdings LLC," and a shared director name can all point to the same conflict. ConflictsCheck normalizes names, scores similarity, and cross-references officers and agents across your matters.
No — and any tool that claims to is misleading you. ConflictsCheck only sees the parties, matters, and relationships your firm enters, and its matches can include false positives and false negatives. It's a screening aid that supplements your own conflicts review and professional judgment; it never replaces them. You remain responsible for clearing conflicts under your jurisdiction's rules of professional conduct.
You can import an existing client or matter spreadsheet as CSV, and ConflictsCheck parses and normalizes it so your relationship graph is built from your own case history. Most firms are up and running without a lengthy onboarding.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access is controlled. Your party, matter, and conflict data is used only to provide the Service and your audit trail — we don't sell it and we don't use third-party advertising cookies. You're responsible for having the right to enter the data you submit.
Only your account and the users you authorize. We share data only with the service providers that operate the product — Stripe for billing and Resend for transactional email — under confidentiality and security obligations, plus our hosting and database infrastructure. We are not a reporting channel to any bar, court, or third party.
The audit log is designed to be a reliable record of what was checked, when, against what data, and what the attorney decided. You can export it by date range, matter, or attorney as CSV for bar submissions — its value is precisely that it documents your conflict-clearance process.
